Specialist* Transportation
Your main responsibilities are
- Manage external service providers based on GMP/GDP regulations including Continous improvement measures and CAPA management as well as operational steering if needed
- Implementation/Set-up and coordination of transportation processes within Clinical trial supply networks with internal and external partners
- Close alignment with process partners to ensure transports are done according to business requirements regarding quality, lead time and information flow
- Support qualification of new all necessary transportation processes (e.g. cool Chain transports, local depots and distribution center)
- Customer Service - review of internal customer requirements and customer fulfillment
What you have to offer
- Education in Supply Chain-/International Business Management or Engineering with focus on transportation processes
- Deep understanding of Global Supply Chain Management Processes within Pharmaceutical Industry; GMP/GDP education with more than 5y professional track record
- Knowledge of Inocterms, dangerous goods handling, Import-Export regulations, ATLAS
- Process-oriented working style with excellent knowledge of state-of-the art transporation management software (TMS) tools
- Hands-On mentality with broad range of working scope
- Fluent German & English skills.
