Specialist* Quality Control Product Testing
Als Specialist* Quality Control organisierst du mit deinen Kolleg*innen den Laboralltag der Qualitätskontrolle im Bereich East Wing. Du planst in Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen, wie z.B. der Herstellung und der F&E-Abteilung, die (Freigabe-) Analytik, was die Prüfung von klinischen Prüfmustern, aber auch kommerziellen Wirkstoffen und Arzneimitteln am Standort Goldgrube beinhaltet.
Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen sind:
• Fachliche Führung und erste Ansprechperson* bei aufkommenden Fragestellungen unseres Labor-Teams
• Koordination mit Labormitarbeiter*innen und Nachverfolgung der fristgerechten Durchführung von analytischen Prüfungen
• Elektronische und papierbasierte Überprüfung von Analysendurchführungen und Beurteilung der Ergebnisse
• Eigenständige Problemlösung bei Abweichungen und OOX-Ergebnissen, was die Berichterstellung, Ursachenuntersuchung und Festlegung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen beinhaltet
• Unterstützung bei allgemeinen und projektspezifischen Aufgabenstellungen
Das bringst du mit:
• Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftlich-technische Ausbildung (z.B. als Biologielaborant*, CTA*, BTA*) oder Studienabschluss im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (z.B. Biologie, Chemie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in der analytischen Prüfung und Qualitätskontrolle (idealerweise im GMP-Umfeld)
• Kenntnisse elektronischer Labor-Informations-Managementsysteme (LIMS) wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Mitarbeitern wünschenswert
• Spaß und Motivation am Arbeiten in einer volatilen und abwechslungsreichen Umgebung
• Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten in einem 2-Schicht-System von Montag bis Freitag (Früh- und Spätschicht)
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Schrift und Sprache
