Specialist* Production Planning
At BioNTech, you are responsible for implementing processes and for the future coordination of a new production site at our location in Mainz.
Your responsibilities are:
• Designing and implementing processes for E2E production planning & coordination
• Ensuring global governance & oversight of all needed production and quality control capacities
• Communication with internal and external vendors involved in the planning & manufacturing process
• Providing input for further development of operational production planning tools & planning landscape including SAP
• Managing GMP related internal interface partners such as production, quality control, regulatory, clinical study management, CMC and Commercial to ensure on time and in quality supply
What you have to offer:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering or similar qualification
• Several years of work experience in production-, demand-, detailed- or capacity planning or general experience in supply chain
• Experience in the pharma industry desirable, yet not necessary
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well the ability to work effectively within a team
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
