Manager* Supply Chain Innovation Rollout & Enablement - Supply Chain Excecution
Your main responsibilities are
- Play an important role in supply chain digitalization projects by working on the conception, design and functional realization of supply chain excecution processes. This includes the following areas of work: Production Excecution, Procurement processes, Order management processes, Logistical processes, Tracking Processes (e.g.Chain of Identity)
- Support the development of software for our personalized/individualized product groups.
- Define and document best practice methods for the project approach and for supply chain logistics processes in a global production network. Develop global business process templates that can be used to drive digitalization forward in a scalable manner.
- Depending on the project management approach (validation, waterfall, agile) and size you are partly responsible for project phases or take care of the full implementation. Take responsibility by ensuring, on the one hand, that you realize your goals in the (sub-)project and, on the other hand, taking the integrative nature into account as part of the overall solution.
- Act as a good communicator by involving the operational representatives of the business area and all interface departments.
- Ensure your area of responsibility meets pharmaceutical industry regulatory (GxP) requirements, as well as compliance with IFRS, SOX or trading requirements.
What you have to offer
- Academic education
- Professional experience: 5+ years in the supply chain field, ideally in implementation, excellence or optimization projects in the respective functional area in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- IT: software for production planning and scheduling, network planning, material planning, demand planning, strategic planning, optimia, e.g. Kinaxis, Orsoft, SAP APO + IBP, ERP
- Process Modeling: e.g. Adonis
- Languages: German (at least B2), English (fluent)
