Manager NOW Business Service Enablement

About the role:

As NOW Business Service Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming service experiences across business domains such as HR, IT, Site Services, and Finance. You will translate complex service and workflow needs into user-centric solutions on the ServiceNow platform while leveraging embedded AI capabilities to optimize processes. This position bridges technical expertise with business acumen, enabling seamless collaboration between teams and ensuring platform health and innovation.

 

Your contribution:

 

  • Resolve low-complexity demands and service improvements using NOW platform capabilities, low-code tools, and AI-assisted development
  • Collaborate with business service owners to translate their needs into structured workflows that enhance self-service and automation potential
  • Actively leverage platform AI capabilities to design, build, and optimize workflows while driving automation opportunities
  • Ensure platform stability by adhering to frameworks that maintain data integrity and traceability of changes
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous service improvement through proactive automation initiatives and evolving AI-enabled delivery practices
  • Act as a cross-functional interface between business stakeholders, managed service providers, and platform teams to ensure alignment and solution adoption

 

A good match:

 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital service environments
  • Strong understanding of service organizations and delivery models combined with customer-centric focus
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional roles with excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CIS – Data Foundation, NOW Assist; additional certifications like IREB, ITIL, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation are recommended
  • AI-first mindset with practical experience leveraging AI capabilities within ServiceNow (NOW) or similar SaaS platforms
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
