Manager Global Supplier Qualification

About the Role:

We are looking for a Supplier Qualification Manager to support our Supplier Qualification Team in a GMP environment. The role includes managing supplier qualifications through questionnaires, follow-up actions, and documentation, as well as providing expertise in Veeva eQMS-related topics to ensure system efficiency and compliance.

Your Contribution:

• Provide expertise in Veeva eQMS, supporting the team with system-related tasks and guiding team members to ensure correct and consistent use of the eQMS.
• Collaborate with the Business Process Owner (BPO) to identify system solutions for continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Manage the team’s training overview, implement required trainings in the system, and maintain KPIs and dashboards within Veeva eQMS.
• Perform supplier qualifications, evaluate questionnaires, and communicate with suppliers.
• Document and maintain supplier qualification statuses in Veeva eQMS.
• Assess supplier notifications, oversee CAPA management, and manage risk assessments.
• Act as QA representative in various boards, e.g., Change Review Board, and support/conduct the annual audit plan and supplier evaluations.

A Good Match:

• A degree in life sciences, such as chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a GMP/GDP environment.
• Strong expertise in Veeva eQMS and supplier qualification processes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
