About the Role:
As a (Sr.) Manager, SAP Product Owner (Functional Expert FI/CO) at BioNTech, you will play a key role within our China IT organization, focusing on Financial Accounting and Controlling processes (SAP FI/CO module). This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting the ongoing SAP S/4 HANA project and enhancing our ERP landscape. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help shape solutions that drive our mission of revolutionizing medicine and improving global health.

Your Contribution:
- Act as the in-house IT module leader and product owner for L2C (Lead-to-Cash) and R2R (Record-to-Report) workstreams
- Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Partner with project consultants to ensure process design aligns with project deliverables and timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the SAP FI/CO domain
- Lead workstream teams through data migration, system integration, and interface development during the project phase
A Good Match:
- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules and related financial processes
- Proven experience in managing ERP projects, particularly SAP S/4 HANA implementations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Strong leadership skills to guide workstream teams through critical project phases
