上下游工艺开发高级总监

岗位职责：

• Lead innovation project process development for upstream and cross-functional coordination when necessary；
• Lead Pre-Tox and phase I materials manufacturing；
• Communication with the external vendor for outsourcing projects；
• Communication with the GTD team for all the innovation projects；
• Work with all the relevant teams to move projects forward to meet company goals；
• Any assignment.

任职要求：

• > 15 years of master's or > 10 years of Ph. D.  in Biologics development;
• Fluent in English and Chinese;
• Demonstration of solid hands-on experiences of upstream (Preferred) or downstream;
• Familiar with the IND submission regulation for process development and manufacturing for the US/China;
• Demonstration of leadership for management;
• Demonstration of the capability of cross-functional communication.
