上下游工艺开发高级总监

岗位职责：

1.Lead innovation project process development for upstream and cross-functional coordination when necessary；

2. Lead Pre-Tox and phase I materials manufacturing；

3. Communication with the external vendor for outsourcing projects；

4. Communication with the GTD team for all the innovation projects；

5. Work with all the relevant teams to move projects forward to meet company goals；

6. Any assignment.

任职要求：

1.> 15 years of master's or > 10 years of Ph. D.  in Biologics development;

2.Fluent in English and Chinese;

3.Demonstration of solid hands-on experiences of upstream (Preferred) or downstream;

4.Familiar with the IND submission regulation for process development and manufacturing for the US/China;

5.Demonstration of leadership for management;

6.Demonstration of the capability of cross-functional communication.
