  • Recruitment System and Process Optimization
    Establishing and refining recruitment policies and systems. Managing recruitment channels. Introducing tools and technologies

  • Key Talent Recruitment and Employer Branding
    Leading recruitment for key talent. Developing employer branding. Building a talent pipeline

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    Monitoring recruitment data. Presenting analysis reports. Using data to refine strategies. 

     

What you have to offer:

  • ​​​Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in HR and recruitment management

  • Professional Skills and Abilities Strategic Thinking: Planning company-wide talent acquisition strategies

  • Data-Driven: Using data analysis for decisions

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding talent market trends

  • Resilience: Ability to perform under pressure
