Senior Manager/Associate Director, Talent Acquisition China

Your main responsibilities are:

 

End-to-end responsibility for recruiting for defined target groups with predominantly high complexity hires, consulting for the business and HRBPs and TA colleagues

 

  • Talent Strategy: Aligns local hiring activities to short and long-term business needs and capability plans
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and  leaders to forecast talent needs and define recruiting priorities
  • Manage end to end recruitment process for all business areas in China including but not limited to: Requirement clarification, job description and advert write up, screening of resumes, interviews, coordination of interviews, reference checking, advert postings, candidate management, offer negotiation and onboarding involvement
  •  Ensure that recruitment procedures are consistent within the global and objectives and time-line are met
  • Drive accountability for local recruiting KPIs, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Plan & implement various recruitment projects including innovative recruitment tools, employee referral program, internal mobility, campus recruiting to broaden recruitment channels and ensure execution in a cost-effective magnitude
  • Proactively provide talent sourcing solution to the business and maintain an active talent database and talent pipeline;
  • Responsible for maintaining and implementing recruitment systme in our global enterprise platform (SAP SF), ensuring hiring managers follow the protocol of the online recruitment processes;
  • Vendor management: selecting & steering agencies and own sourcing, candidate pre-selection and selection with a broad range of methods, coordination of country agnostic hires;
  • Partnership with Hiring Managers and HRBPs on target group strategies, and ensure proactive communication with business stakeholders
  • Market analyses based on own experience, market intelligence tools and external partners
  • Sharing extensive recruiting expertise with Associates and Specialists and coaching them
  • Partner with global related teams to build up, position and enhance employer branding in China; Representing BNT at events and fairs in China

 

What you have to offer:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of in Talent Acquisition and 5+ year’s experience of pharmaceutical related industry
  • Experience in both executive search firms and in-house is preferred
  • A self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional
  • Effective in analytics, planning and execution
  • Excellent communication, influencing, organizational, people management skills
  • Client-oriented with a high degree of customer focus
  • Result and solution oriented
  • Team player and able to build trust and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word and Excel
