SAP Master Data Manager

Your main responsibilities are:

- Serve as the main point of contact for master data topics in China.
- Lead data stewardship activities, training, onboarding, and coordination across functions.
- Ensure high-quality master data creation, maintenance, and governance in SAP. Monitor data quality KPIs and initiate corrective actions.
- Translate business process requirements into master data rules and structures.
- Collect, consolidate, and prioritize data and system requirements.
- Maintain and update work instructions, workflows, and documentation.
- Govern local authorizations and compliance with GxP and data governance policies.
- Support SAP rollout, data migration, and validation activities.
- Liaise with global MDM teams to implement standards and local adaptations.

A good match:

Technical & Industry Requirements:
- Strong SAP experience, especially in master data management and understanding SAP structures and modules.
- Industry experience in clinical manufacturing or clinical trial management is beneficial
- Knowledge of GXP compliance within pharma, manufacturing, or clinical environments.

Skill Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills to work effectively with the global MDM team.
- Strong process-driven mindset; capable of translating business needs into master data requirements.
- Generalist profile preferred (business partner, material master, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing experience).
- Ability to lead and coordinate data stewards and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, requirement analysis, and solution-driving capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, supply chain, or related field.
- Experience in SAP master data & system implementation.
- Prior SAP rollout or migration project experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
