Manager* CTSM Logistics China
Your main responsibilities are:
- Liaise with CMC to input on Transport Risk Assessment'- Liaises with CMC to input on Transport Risk Assessment
- Develop efficient and robust supply chain for each trial, including network strategy
- Manage Courier and Depot Service (QAA, Change, Deviation/Complaint, Support QA in Audits, KPI)
- Hold / participate in Business Review Meeting as well as hold monthly/ quarterly for Supplier performance management
- Lead logistics vendor performance management
- Manage: MSDS, Dangerous goods and requirements for transport, TESS (Freeze thaw studies etc.)
- Perform Supply Chain Risk Assessment, Transport Verification, Temperature Monitoring Set Up
- Determine distribution strategy and alignment with CTSM Systems management and IRTSM, including Temperature Monitoring Process, Temperature Excursion Handling Process
- Define import/export requirements, country-specific documentation
- Selects involved vendors (transport, storage, depot)
What you have to offer:
- Relevant completed university education or vocational training in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Relevant professional experience (usually +3 years) in Pharmaceutical or Biotech or any other equivalent industry setting (e.g., trade logistics, CRO logistics, retail logistics)
- Proven track record in developing distribution strategies
- Proven track record in performance management
- Deep Knowledge of GDP Principles (e.g., Documentation, Operations, etc.)
- Deep Knowledge about laws, regulations, ISO requirements, Incoterms for pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Deep knowledge of controlled temperature shipping, including shipper, container, and route validation requirement
- Quality Management System experience
- Basic understanding of temperature monitoring device calibration requirement
- Excellent organizational and communicative skills
- Ability to solve multi-layered and dynamic tasks in flexible and changing framework conditions
- Stakeholder managament as well as the Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate with business partners, analysts, and team members
- Business-professional English & Chinese language skills
