Manager* SHE (Manger Global Safety, Health & Environment) 

 

Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen sind: 

  • Überprüfung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen, regulatorischen sowie sonstigen Anforderungen aus der zentralen SHE-Abteilung

  • Beratung bei der Pflege und kontinuierlicher Aufbau des integrierten Managementssystems (nach ISO 45001, 14001, 50001) für den Bereich Arbeits- und Umweltschutz sowie die Ableitung und Festlegung von Kennzahlen für notwendige Verbesserungen

  • Umfängliche Beratung bezüglich des Erreichens der Firmenziele, Einhaltung der Compliance-Vorgaben sowie Verständnis von Kernindikatoren

  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Umsetzung von Konzepten zum Erreichen der Schutzziele (inkl. Vorstellung erbrachter Ergebnisse an die Abteilungsleitung)

  • Fungieren als direkte Ansprechperson aller Mitarbeitenden des Standorts für operative SHE-Themen (z.B. Waste Management, Betriebsanweisungen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, etc.)

  • Übernahme von Aufgaben im Rahmen der Implementierung der globalen Strategie, sowie Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Maßnahmen aus gesetzlichen Vorgaben und dem CSR-Bericht des Unternehmens

 

Das bringst du mit: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Biologie, Chemie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie oder einem verwandten technischen/wissenschaftlichen Bereich (oder abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit (z. B. Sicherheitsbeauftragter)

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit SHE-Managementsystemen (ISO 45001/14001) und praktische Erfahrungen mit dem GxP-Umfeld

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse ((in Wort und Schrift))

  • Starke Organisations- und Kommunikationskompetenzen sowie Teamfähigkeit
