物料主数据主管/高级主管

岗位职责：

• 负责根据物料代码管理规程及需求部门新建物料申请，及时在ERP (SAP)系统创建物料代码、维护关键主数据并通知到各需求部门；
• Responsible for timely creating material codes and maintaining key material master data in ERP (SAP) system according to the material code management procedures and the material code request from requirements departments and notifying each department；
• 负责定期审核和更新物料主数据，保证物料主数据维护的及时准确率；
• Responsible for the regular review and update of material master data to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the master data;
• 负责冗余物料代码的定期检查与清理；
• Responsible for periodic review and cleaning for redundant materials code；
• 负责物料主数据相关规则的制订，物料主数据相关流程的起草、执行、监督和优化；
• Responsible for the rules-making of material master data, and drafting, implementation, supervision and optimization of material master data related management process;
• 作为物料主数据SME,参与SAP物料主数据相关模块（如MM和PP等模块）上线前的流程设计、数据支持及测试、以及各模块上线运行后的物料主数据维护和支持；
• As material master data SME, participating in process design, data and test support for mater data related modules before going live, and the material master data maintenance and support after going live;
• SAP供应链相关模块上线前，作为供应链对接人，负责与相关跨部门进行联动，及时收集信息或数据，打通业务流程；
• As supply chain facilitator, responsible for the linkage with cross function teams before SAP supply chain modules going live, and timely collecting information or data, and smoothing the business process;
•  管理工厂物料主数据，根据实际业务需求与跨部门用户合作创建、更新和删除物料主数据;
• Managing site material master data, create, work with cross function colleagues to update and delete material master data based on actual business requirement.
• 参与 SAP系统实施、优化或升级项目；
• Participate in SAP system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades;
•  提供主数据相关报表、分析及问题解决支持；
• Provide master data-related reporting, analysis, and issue resolution support;
• 完成上级安排的其他工作；
• Complete other works assigned by superior.

任职要求：

• 5年以上ERP（SAP）系统操作经验（特别是MM和PP模块）经验；
• Over 5 years Experience in ERP （SAP）systems is required (especially MM and PP modules)
• 了解ERP （SAP） MM模块与其他相关模块(如WM、QM和 PP)间的业务流程；
• Know the business process among MM module and other related modules (like WM, QM and PP modules);
• 3年以上ERP（SAP）系统主数据维护（特别是MM和PP模块）经验,具有SAP（S4 HANA和EWM）项目上线经验佳；
• Over 3 years Experience in ERP （SAP）master data maintenance is required (especially MM and PP modules), experience in SAP (S4 HANA and EWM) project is preferred;
• 熟练使用 ERP 系统, 具备流程设计、问题分析及数据治理能力，对新领域的知识具备快速学习的能力；
• Strong ERP/SAP skills, solid process design, data governance, and problem-solving capabilities. Clear logical thinking and ability to quickly learn new domains;
• 有优秀的团队合作、沟通协调及问题解决能力，英语熟练，有良好的职业素养和职业操守。
• Excellent collaboration, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills. Fluent in English, strong professionalism and ethics.
