Lab Technician* Bioanalytics 

The Lab Technician* Bioanalytics is responsible for carrying out laboratory-specific tasks such as analysis, maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments in accordance with applicable regulations or on request. 

 

Your main responsibilitie are:

 

  • GMP and on time execution, evaluation and documentation of analyses (inprocess, release, stability, special analyses) in the laboratory of quality control and related activities according to method SOPs, control regulations, QC plans and pharmacopoeias 

  • Preparation and preparation of LTRs and processing of divergent analytical results (deviations and OOx) 

  • Ensuring system aptitude tests, calibration and maintenance of analyzers according to specifications and their GMP-compliant documentation (LTR, logbook, etc.) 

  • Planning and implementation of activities for new acquisitions or adjustments to existing equipment (Support of Change Control) 

  • Handling of specific requests (complaints (PTCs), registration, logistics, etc.) 

  • Permanent monitoring of assigned analytical methods with trend control of data, maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments with accompanying documentation and schedule control in the QC laboratories and delegated areas (IPK, operation), participation in the qualification of analytical instruments with accompanying documentation and schedule control 

  • Participation in the on-call 

  • Supervision and training of new employees/trainees 

  • Proper handling of biological and chemical hazardous substances 

  • Excellent documentation of activities according to GMP regulations 

  • Participation in all relevant training courses for the job, maintenance of relevant training credentials 

 

 

What you have to  offer:

 

 

  • CTA/PTA/BTA or equivalent with experience in pharmaceuticals or biology laboratory technician training or equivalent with several years of experience in quality control 

  • Min. 2 years industry experience in an analytical, cGMP-regulated environment 

  • German fluent in spoken and written. Good command of spoken and written English
