Head* of Automation Operations 

Als Head* of Automation Operations fungiertst du als leitende Rolle im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Automation und verfügst über umfassende Expertise in der Steuerung und Optimierung von automatisierten Produktionsprozessen. In dieser Schlüsselposition bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen, um die Effizienz, Qualität und Compliance unserer pharmazeutischen Produktionsanlagen sicherzustellen.

 

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten sind:

  • Strategische Planung: Entwickelung einer langfristigen Automatisierungsstrategie, die den aktuellen und zukünftigen Anforderungen der pharmazeutischen Produktion gerecht wird
  • Teamführung: Leiten, Entwickeln und Motivieren eines interdisziplinären Teams von Automatisierungsexperten, -Ingenieuren und Technikern
  • Technologische Innovation: Identifizierung neuer Technologien und Methoden zur Verbesserung der Automatisierung und Fördern von Innovationen, um Wettbewerbsvorteile zu sichern.
  • Projektmanagement: Überwachung der Umsetzung von Automatisierungsprojekten von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme und sicherstellen, dass zeitgerecht, im Budgetrahmen und gemäß den Qualitätsstandards, Projekte abgeschlossen werden
  • Operatives Tagesgeschäft (in Bezug auf die Automation): Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Mitwirken bei Root-Cause Analysen von Abweichungen (GMP und SHE) und Identifizierung von CAPAs, verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung des sicheren Bedienens der pharmazeutischen Produktionsanlagen, Störungsbeseitigungen und Problem Solving
  • Compliance: Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen und Qualitätsstandards (SHE, sowie GMP) im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Automatisierung, Gewährleistung eines guten Dokumentationsstandards und Sicherstellung der Computer System Validierung
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Sicherstellung einer abteilungsübergreifenden, effektiven und effizienten Koordinierung, um eine reibungslose Integration von Automatisierungssystemen, (und auch dazugehörige Softwareapplikationen) in den Gesamtproduktionsprozess zu gewährleisten, Gewährleistung Best Practise Sharings mit lokalen sowie globalen Funktionen

 

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Automatisierungstechnik oder verwantem Bereich
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung im Führen, Leiten und Entwicklen von Teams
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der regulatorischen Anforderungen im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Automatisierungstechnologien und -plattformen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
