Specialist* R&D Program Management
We broaden the universe of patients, improving the success rate and exploiting the full potential of the immune system. Through your innovation, passion and unity with your colleagues you can become a pioneer in our Global R&D Program Management team, at the heart of aligning all functions to bring our science to survival.
In the function as Project Coordinator* R&D Program Management within the global R&D Program Management team you will support our global Program Managers and the Portfolio Lead with coordination of translational and clinical development programs and respective scientific platform technology projects.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Support global R&D Program Team
- Collaborate with Program Management leads, clinical leads as well as scientific leads and research teams to develop detailed project plans required to successfully drive research assets through preclinical, translational & clinical development phases
- Manage timelines and budgets for respective projects and development programs
- Operational support of procurement and contracting activities as well as internal services (labs etc)
- Facilitate communication and information flow within and across interdisciplinary project & program teams and all relevant cross-functional stakeholders
- Organize and manage project data and document infrastructure according to corporate guidances
- Operational support of project & program team meetings (organization, preparation, documentation, follow-up)
- Support project and program teams on other organizational aspects
What you have to offer:
- Advanced degree in natural/life sciences, medicine, or a comparable field
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical discovery processes
- Therapeutic knowledge in the areas of immunology, immuno-oncology and/or infectious diseases
- Working experience with antibodies/ADC is a plus
- Excellent, targeted communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fast perception of new knowledge and efficient problem-solving skills with high personal commitment within a matrix and fast paced environment
- Expertise with commonly used project management tools and techniques
