We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all patients and studies are planned for production in close collaboration with all production modules, QA, QC, QP, SAM and software teams across all manufacturing sites and external partners and laboratories. You will also act as the human interface with the study sponsor to escalate issues, track each patient's progress and agree prioritisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan production for all patients and studies in close collaboration with all production modules, QA, QC, QP, SAM and software teams across all manufacturing sites and external partners and laboratories.
- Act as the human interface with the study sponsor to escalate issues, track each patient's process and agree prioritisation.
- Forecast available and required manufacturing capacity and downtime planning
- Act as subject matter expert for the development, implementation and improvement of various software tools used for production planning.
- Forecast and support material sourcing activities for selected specialty materials and potential stock-out candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management or related field
- Production planning and forecasting experience
- Familiarity with biotech/pharma manufacturing processes and regulations
- Experience in material procurement and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluent German skills required, both oral and written
