Specialist PMO - Transformation Management Office Stream (m/w/d)

As a PMO Specialist within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) stream (m/w/d) at BioNTech, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA global templates and beyond. From preparation and planning to documentation and coordination, your contributions will ensure seamless project execution and alignment across stakeholders. Your Contribution:


•    Support Global Template Leads in preparing and coordinating project activities
•    Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and follow-ups with clear agendas and action tracking
•    Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, and maintaining schedules
•    Manage resource planning, allocation, and overall budget oversight
•    Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and decision logs
•    Monitor progress, identify risks or delays proactively, and escalate issues as needed
 
A Good Match:


•    Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in PMO roles supporting global ERP or large transformation projects; SAP S/4HANA experience is ideal
•    Strong organizational skills combined with excellent coordination and communication abilities
•    Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, MS Excel, PowerPoint
•    System understanding or work experience with SAP S/4HANA
•    Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus
•    Independent working style with strong prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines
