Specialist* Internal Control System (ICS) - SOX404 (IT General Controls) 

 

Consult the business globally on policies, processes and procedures to ensure Compliance with SOX 404 requirements and monitor globally the process of the performance of the IT controls executed by the business. 

 

Your main responsibilities are:

 

  • Improving Internal IT Controls together with the business stakeholders - proactive challenge status quo of processes and changes driven by M&A activities and system changes. 

  • Support global harmonization of IT processes and controls for the different legal entities (with respect to SOX 404 requirements).
  • Part of Management Testing team for annual SOX 404 cycle.
  • Support upcoming IT rollouts regarding SOX requirements (incl. SOX digitalization using SAP Three Lines of Defense as part of the SAP implementation for the different legal entities).
  • Support SOX 404 Training and Communication.
  • Act as a role model in terms of Compliance.

 

What you have to offer.

  • University Level Degree in Business Administration/Economic/ or smiliar
  • 2-4 years working experience in a similar position 
  • Consulting experience ("Big 4" Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften)
  • Operational SOX 404 experience
  • Customer focus
  • Passion & curiosity as well as high ethical standards
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative working style
  • Fluency both in German and English
