Your main responsibilities are:
- Participation in the planning and implementation of construction projects
- Support in the coordination of laboratory construction projects
- Support in the administration of tendering and award procedures
- Assisting with the commissioning of contractors and service providers
- General support in administrative and organisational activities, processing of orders, invoices and documentation
- Maintenance and administration of the communication platform Teams and Sharepoint
- Preparation of statistics, evaluations and presentations
- Support of construction project documentation as well as standardisation of construction projects, maintenance of documents
- Close cooperation with all internal interfaces and external contacts
What you have to offer:
- A completed qualification as a construction designer* or similar education background
- Professional experience in client representation or project management is desirable
- Experience in the organisation, structuring and documentation filing of construction projects
- Basic knowledge of HOAI, VOB
- Structured and flexible way of working as well as a result-oriented work style paired with the ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
- Willingness to travel to other BioNTech locations within the scope of projects
- Very good knowledge of German and English
