Specialist* CTSM IMPM (iVAC)
Your main responsibilities are:
- Coordinate trial execution across functions in later phases
- Support process expert in updating trial specific documents (e.g., Pharmacy Manual)
- Provide support for day-to-day trial activities to process expert functions
- Steer the clinical trial supply chain activities for his / her trials and monitors study progress
- Release KITs in IRT systems
- Support in the execution of platform portfolio initiatives
What you have to offer.
- Relevant completed university education in Supply Chain Management or related discipline or vocational training
- Relevant professional experience (usually <3 years) in Clinical Trial Supply Management in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry setting Background in Project Management and Operations preferable
- Basic Knowledge of GCP Principles (e.g., Ethical Principles, Adequate Drug Information, etc.) and GMP Principles (SOPs, Documentation, etc.)
- First experience in supporting clinical trials
- Basic Knowledge about IRT systems and standard office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office)
- Project management skills as well as well self-organized way of working
- Self-motivated with problem-solving and learning skills
- Good communication skills, "Can do” attitude, paired with healthy pragmatism
- Business-professional English Language skills, German is a plus
