About the Role: 

 

As Senior System Engineer ERP Products for Procurement, you are responsible for the strategic direction setting, technical design, cross-functional alignment, implementation and run of the functional solution in the area of Source to Pay processes in close collaboration with the respective process owners and our external partners.

 

Your Contribution: 

 

  • Strategic direction setting, roadmap release planning and deployment of the solutions in scope
  • Responsible for the technical solution architecture and design for requirements in alignment with the global process owner and the architecture team
  • Management of the governance process for the assigned functional area and the alignment of priorities between business, technical organizations and interface partners
  • Responsible for the application lifecycle management of the assigned SAP modules and Systems in scope, management of all changes and validation activities delivered by cross-functional team members and external implementation and service partners
  • System ownership of the systems in scope

 

A Perfect Match: 

 

  • Relevant higher education and years of professional experience with SAP (5 years)
  • Many years of experience with integrated ERP systems, especially in the area of Source to Pay
  • Deep understanding of processes connected to procurement
  • Experience in leading and stearing cross-functional teams across different time zones
  • Previous Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and a quality-first mindset 
  • Fluency in English and German, both oral and written
