We have a once in a lifetime opportunity to invent new ways of working and create our solutions from scratch. In the position as "Senior Engineer* Business Integration Manager SAP for Operations" you are responsible for the alignment and strategic direction setting with Global and Local Process Owners, technical design, cross-functional alignment with all SAP functional experts and management of integration topics throughout the lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Strategic direction setting, roadmap release planning and deployment of the solutions in scope for SAP
  • Responsible for the alignment of requirements with the Global and Local Process Owner and the Domain System Architect and ensuring integration with all other functional streams in SAP
  • Responsible for the management of integration topics throughout the application lifecycle of the assigned SAP modules, including change management, testing, authorization, etc.
  • Responsible for the management of the governance process for the assigned functional area and the alignment of priorities between business, technical organizations and interface partners
  • Ensure that all SAP teams in the Operations domain work seamlessly together, know their dependencies and can deliver on their committments

 

What you have to offer.

  • Master’s degree in life science or computer science or other relevant
  • Experience in large scale SAP projects
  • Experience in Computer System Validation
  • Pharma Operations background or related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Strong project, stakeholder and communication management skills, leadership capabilities
  • Experience in an agile environment
  • Structured and accurate way of working, hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
