SAP Project Manager* Rollout
As part of the Global SAP Project Management team, you will support local SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in GMP manufacturing sites. Every rollout for operational and commercial modules will be implemented in close collaboration with the SAP core team and according to the SAP template approach. In your role as a project manager, you are leading international matrix teams of up to 5 team members.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Support multiple interdisciplinary teams to ensure project scope and goals
- Cross-functional planning, coordination, and monitoring of project progress
- Support efficient communication structures among internal and external project stakeholders and ensure information and content flow between interdisciplinary teams
- Support the leading project manager to build up and manage the project team in all project phases including design, implementation, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare
- Contribution to content work and hands-on support of Subject Matter Experts in individual work packages and specific areas
What you have to offer.
- Experience of working in a regulated industry and ERP rollout knowledge. Computer System Validation experience would be highly beneficial. SAP S/4HANA knowhow is a plus
- Basic technical, analytical, regulatory (GxP) and quantitative skills with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and derive conclusions
- First experiences of working in highly cross-functional teams and managing different stakeholder levels and external partners
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Very good English skills, written and orally
- Fast perception of new knowledge and efficient problem-solving skills with high personal commitment within a matrix and fast paced environment
