Research Specialist LC-MS Analytics (all genders)

As a Research Specialist (all genders) you will perform LC-MS (liquid chromatography – mass spectrometry) based analytical assays for release analytics and characterization of our RNA/lipid-based based nanopharmaceuticals in our multifaceted programs. 

 

Your main responsibilities are: 

  • Independently performing sample preparation and LC-MS data acquisition for our analytical LC-MS assays
  • Documentation of experiments and initial data evaluation
  • LC-MS instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Organizing/supporting laboratory infrastructure

 

What you have to offer: 

  • Completed vocational training as a biology laboratory technician, BTA, MTA or completed degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry (Bachelor/Master) 

  • Experienced handling of LC-MS and molecular biological methods
  • Several years (>3) of relevant professional experience in the laboratory desirable
  • Accurate, conscientious and independent way of working with independent time management, planning and analysis of experimental work
  • Good written and spoken German and English, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
