The Center for Enablement (C4E) Experience Management (XM) enhances digital systems for seamless customer experiences. As Product Owner Events & Experience Management Systems, you manage tools like SpotMe, Cvent, Qualtrics, Figma, and Frontify, drive improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders and partners. Your responsibilities include:
- Define and align vision, goals, and roadmap for digital capabilities with platform strategy and user needs.
- Collaborate with our stakeholders to consult them on best solutions for their business needs, resulting in gathering requirements, prioritize features, and meet business and technical needs.
- Manage and approve value-driven platform changes with vendor teams.
- Support change management through communication, training, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance, address issues, and ensure compliance.
- Oversee contracts and service delivery of implementation partners.
What you have to offer.
- Academic degree in business information science, computer science, business administration or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience within business and/or IT roles in Tech, Pharma, Digital Agency or Consultancy Services
- Proven track record as Digital/Technical Product Owner, preferable within the domain of experience management systems (CMS, Commerce or event solutions)
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, SpotMe, Cvent, Qualtrics, Figma and Frontify is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing asset creation and life cycle management processes in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills with ability to understand business needs and simplify technical complex topics for various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as cross-functional collaboration and alignment skills with operational/hands-on ability
