About the Role:
Lead the implementation of order management and service provider logistics in regulated pharmaceutical markets, ensuring compliant, timely, and cost-effective distribution across multi-tiered hub-and-spoke networks.
In this role, you will ensure that all operations fully comply with pharmaceutical regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
You will work across multiple markets, including Germany, Turkey, and the US, to design and manage logistics systems that prioritize compliance with GxP and GDP requirements. Your expertise in pharmaceutical product handling and distribution will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence.
Your Contribution:
- Implement order management and service provider coordination for regulated markets like Germany, Turkey, and the US, ensuring compliance with GxP and GDP requirements
- Manage in-country supply planning and allocation aligned with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement
- Design compliant hub-and-spoke distribution structures involving central hubs, regional distribution centers, and local nodes
- Validate system integration requirements for hub operations (e.g., WMS/TMS integration, track & trace systems) while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Assess service-level impacts, throughput efficiency, transport lead times, and cost-to-serve under pharmaceutical quality constraints
- Evaluate 1PL to 5PL logistics provider models to ensure clear adherence to regulatory roles and responsibilities
A Good Match:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharma product handling, logistics requirements, and last-mile distribution under regulatory standards
- Proven ability to maintain alignment between order management processes and financial flow documentation compliant with pharma regulations
- Experience designing and improving standard logistics processes within regulated pharma environments
- Proficiency in anticipating exceptions in processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and product quality
- Solid knowledge of hub-and-spoke distribution systems and integration of relevant technologies (e.g., WMS/TMS systems)
