Material Planning Specialist (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities are:
 
•    Setting up and implementing material planning processes to ensure full material availabilities
•    Placing orders for required raw materials and tracking orders in collaboration with the purchasing team
•    Implementing routine reports and analyses, translating them into KPIs and adjusting them based on the raw material inventory policy
•    Partnership management with the purchasing, storage, transportation, quality assurance, quality control, production, and controlling departments to ensure smooth processing of materials
•    Monitoring material availability, identifying potential material shortages, and providing solutions
 
What you have to offer:
 
•    University degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent vocational training with relevant working experience
•    Several years of experience in material planning or general experience in supply chain environment
•    Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GxP environment is desirable, yet not necessary
•    Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gute SAP MM Kenntnisse
•    Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively within a team
•    Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German is desirable
