Manager Strategy & Projects (all genders)

The Manager Strategy & Projects will work closely with the Analytical Lead to support all project-related analytical activities. The position entails compiling information, drafting documents, sample management, and communication with interdisciplinary teams. The Manager Strategy & Project will be responsible for ensuring that all project-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

 

The position ist temporary for two years.


Your tasks include:

  • Compiling and organizing analytical data and documentation​
  • Drafting plans, reports, protocols, and other documents related to analytical and strategic activities​
  • Coordinating sample management activities, including sample receipt, tracking, and ordering service measurements (internally and externally)​
  • Assisting in the coordination of analytical development activities and their tracking within the Analytical Development department​
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project-related tasks​
  • Supporting the Analytical Lead in project management and execution 

 

Your profile: 

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with first experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech analytical laboratory setting; or Bachelor’s degree with relevant 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech analytical laboratory setting  
  • Experience as project manager and experience with project management software applications is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
