About the role:

 

As Manager Strategy & Performance Site Operations (m/w/d), you will drive innovative concepts to improve the governance, management, and efficiency of the Site Operations department. Based in Germany, this position carries global responsibility for the functional area.

 

 

Your Contribution:

 

  • Develop, implement, and manage concepts for departmental budgeting, workforce planning, communication and meeting structures, as well as other initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental performance and effectiveness
  • Act as the global lead within the functional area for corporate programs such as OKRs, KPIs, financial reporting, and employee training programs, including the collection, preparation, maintenance, and management of relevant data in the appropriate systems
  • Organize, prepare, and facilitate workshops related to projects, cross-functional interfaces, and problem-solving activities, including the collection and visualization of content
  • Design, facilitate, and coordinate regular departmental alignment meetings, such as Leadership Meetings and All-Hands Calls
  • Support the global functional area in ensuring financial compliance by collecting and submitting required financial information (e.g., accruals, financial risks, and other forms of financial reporting)

 

 

A good match:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related field, combined with at least five years of relevant professional experience in the areas described above.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting, as well as a deep understanding of OKR and KPI frameworks and metrics.
  • Proven experience in facilitating and organizing workshops and meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong ability to influence and drive initiatives, and outstanding presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
