Manager* Software Systems
At BioNTech, you will be responsible for introducing new functionalities and processes into the laboratory software systems of our core facility. You will oversee new software releases and define and optimise the process. You will document all work steps in accordance with GxP guidelines and take on troubleshooting and problem solving. Your responsibilities are:
- Overseeing new software releases as a process representative
- Defining and optimising the process
- GxP-compliant documentation of all work steps
- Digitalisation of laboratory processes
- Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause analysis
- Taking on administrative tasks in various software systems
- Preparation and implementation of training courses
What you bring with you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, computer science or a related field with a natural science focus
- Experience in application life cycle management and working with LIMS or ERP systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of regulated environments (GxP) including SOP creation, risk analysis and computer system validation
- Experience in a comparable interface function and the ability to serve different stakeholders
- Interest and ability to familiarise yourself with biological processes and computer-based systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently, carefully and with a hands-on mentality and strong team skills
- Fluency in English required, knowledge of German desirable
