Manager* Quality Assurance (Befristet)
Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen sind:
- Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Pflege eines breitgefächerten QA-Systems unter Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler behördlicher Richtlinien (GCP, CLIA)
- Beratung und Unterstützung von GCP Prüflaboren mit dem Schwerpunkt Analytik für individualisierte Krebstherapie
- Management von Änderungen und Abweichungen, Wiederholanalysen, Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Risikoanalysen
- Review und Freigabe Vorgabedokumenten der zugeordneten Labore
- Teilnahme an Besprechungen mit Studiensponsoren oder internen Verantwortlichen für klinische Studien im Bereich individualisiert Krebstherapie
Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche oder medizinisch-technische Ausbildung (BTA, CTA oder MTA) und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im regulierten Umfeld oder abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung/Qualitätsmanagement und deren Regularien in der biotechnologischen/pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Bereitschaft zur offenen, konstruktiven und lösungsorientierten Kommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen als auch innerhalb der QA
- Zuverlässigkeit, organisatorisches Talent und technisches Verständnis, sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
