Your Responsibilities:
· Take ownership as Global Business Process Owner, with responsibility for global QC process alignment, including the writing of relevant documents/SOPs and the application of centralized processes
· Drive global harmonization of systems and procedures in collaboration with local QC teams (e.g., OOS, SAP, lifecycle management, KPIs)
· Support the proper management of centralized processes (e.g., shelf life extension, management of central reference substances)
· Provide support for audits and inspections globally in the role of Global Business Process Owner
What You Have to Offer:
· 5+ years of experience in GMP Quality Control, with a proven track record of success in a similar position
· Expertise in designing and implementing QC processes and aligning multiple QC sites on QC-relevant procedures such as OOS, SAP-modules, and KPIs
· Strong knowledge of country-specific regulations and global regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards across multiple regions
· Hands-on experience in writing and implementing SOPs and supporting audits and inspections as a global business process owner
· Excellent networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across global teams, departments, and external stakeholders
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and ensure robust, scalable QC systems
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is a plus
