The Manager IT Delivery Enablement & Strategy Execution will play a key role in driving and managing projects within the Cyber & Information Security department at BioNTech. This position is responsible for overseeing the project portfolio, supporting sub-teams with roadmap management, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role also involves managing departmental OKRs and KPIs, maintaining up-to-date intranet content, and coordinating bi-weekly team meetings. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, a structured approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to support the department’s strategic goals and initiatives. Your responsibilities are:
- Lead and manage projects primarily within the scope of the Cyber & Information
- Oversee the portfolio of all Cyber & Information Security-related projects, supporting prioritization, resource allocation, and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with sub-teams within Cyber & Information Security to manage their roadmaps, resolve escalations, and track delivery progress, including addressing internal and external audit findings.
- Manage and report on departmental OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support teams in maintaining up-to-date and accurate content on the department’s Intranet pages.
- Organize and facilitate bi-weekly team meetings, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and follow-up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between Cyber & Information Security teams and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the department and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you have to offer.
- Master’s degree in economics, law, business engineering, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Practical experience and methodological expertise in project management, quality management, PMO, and change management are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of complex business processes and the ability to navigate and manage them effectively.
- Structured and methodical approach, with confidence in applying project management methodologies.
- Ability to think and act across sectors, combined with an independent, goal-oriented work style.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English. German is a plus.
