Manager* Global QA Systems
The Manager* Global QA Systems is responsible to implement and maintain an efficient global Quality System with focus on document management OR training management using Veeva as electronic Quality Management System. In close collaboration with the BNT network sites the candidate amplement, maintain and execute global standards with focus (but not limited to) electronic QMS on issue management system and change management.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain and execute on Standard Operting Procedures for Document Management or Training Management for the global GMP Unit
- Support on global Standards for Document Management or Training Management
- Implement a Process Manager Network to drive alignment and harmonization for Document or Training Management across BioNTech Units
- Continously improve the Document or Training Management System using our eQMS
What you have to offer:
- Experience in implementation, migration and operation of (electronic) Quality Management Systems
- Profound knowledge of EU GMP and FDA regulations
- Multiple years of work experience in manufacturing, quality control or quality assurance or other relevant area, ideally in a biotech or pharmaceutical company
- University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering or other technical/scientific area
- High carefulness and accuracy in the way of working, conscientiousness and detail-orientation
- Refined colloquial and correspondence and moderator skills in both German and English
