Manager DD&I, PMO Operations Lead 

 

The PMO Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in assisting the Senior Director of the Project Management Office in strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational coordination. This role is crucial for facilitating effective communication, managing project documentation, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the PMO’s initiatives.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

 

  • Support the strategic planning process of the PMO for the Business IT department of Clinical Development, contributing ideas and insights to align with overarching organizational objectives
  • Identify inefficiencies within the PMO processes and propose improvements
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business IT project data, including performance metrics and progress tracking  to prepare comprehensive reports for the PMO, providing insights and recommendations to guide decision-making
  • Support the PMO Senior Director in analyzing project resource needs and allocations, ensuring optimal and efficient use of resources for the Business IT department of Clinical Development
  • Develop the communication roadmap and act as a liaison between the PMO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication

 

What you have to offer:

 

  • Educational Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration  or a related field
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, project management or a related role
  • Experience in stakeholder communication and preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and process improvement initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
