Manager* Corporate Performance Management Investments & Projects

 

Within the Business Planning & Analyses (BPA) function, you will be responsible for controlling and managing large investment projects. You will monitor financial performance and identify and assess business risks and opportunities promptly and accurately. You will also forecast and track the cash requirements of our national and international legal entities.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Providing timely, reliable and binding actual and forecast figures
  • Coordinate, support and review planning and forecasts for large non-R&D (investment) projects
  • Business partner and central point of contact for the operational functions to ensure close coordination across all relevant project phases
  • Supporting and reviewing investment projects from a financial perspective, creating customized business cases as a basis for decision-making
  • Planning and tracking capital requirements for our legal entities in close cooperation with our Treasury department

 

What you have to offer:

  • University degree in economics, business administration or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment. Experience in financial processes such as planning and budgeting is desirable
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, especially S4/Hana. Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a high degree of independence
  • High flexibility and solution-orientation as well as responsibility for own work
  • Self-motivation and ability to learn
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
