Manager* CTSM Systems
Your main responsibilities are:
- You will collaborate with other functions to have basic understanding on processes which involve CTSM Systems
- You will collect user requirements and aligns across stakeholders (e.g., planning, IRT, logistics, CTSM excellence for eDMS).
- You will support the testing and bug resolution efforts for CTSM Systems
- You will support end user Training and onboarding activities for CTSM Systems
- You will provide SME end super support for assigned CTSM systems post go-live.
What you have to offer:
- Relevant professional experience (usually +3 years) in system development/ownership, IT-Consulting or other IT-role in Pharmaceutical or Biotech or any other equivalent industry setting
- Proven track record for IT-System implementation and transformation
- Deep Knowledge of systems validation requirements in Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment
- Advanced Knowledge about IT-Systems in Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment and standard office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to analyze business requirements for IT needs
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Business-professional English language skills
- Prior experience implementing technology/systems in support of individualized therapies (e.g. CAR-T) in the biopharmaceutical industry
Preferred Requirements:
- Ability to solve multi-layered and dynamic activities
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and learning skills
- Able to accurately work under pressure in a versatile environment
- Willing and able to take over responsibility and ownership
- Ability to create independent analyses and develop new solutions
- Excellent organizational and communicative skills
- Openness to explore on new topics for setting up the trend
