Manager* CTSM Planning & Analytics 

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Liaise with CMC function to translate clinical DP demand plans into a supply plan
  • Consolidate clinical DP demand plans across trials
  • Define safety stock requirements per trial / arms
  • Ensure data from all stakeholders is integrated in planning tool
  • Define base and high case scenario for patients forecast at arm/site level and sanity checks total number of active patients to ensure successful trial in a timely manner
  • Consider kit demand for P&L production planning and shares it with GMP
  • Align on exception when supply cannot meet the demand
  • Conduct the E2E inventory tracking (incl product visibility) and product shelf life
  • Provide input to manufacturing about trial production needs for upcoming year as input for budget

 

 

What you have to offer.

 

  • Relevant completed university education in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline
  • Relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Management in Clinical Supply in Pharmaceutical or Biotech or any other equivalent industry setting (e.g., retail, commercial planning)
  • Significant experience across multiple study designs/types in optimization of (clinical) supply chain
  • Proven track record in leading Demand & Supply Balancing and Capacity Planning Process
  • Deep Knowledge in Demand Planning
  • Understanding of patient randomization strategies, patient kit design and potential impact on clinical supply wastage & optimization
  • Relevant Experience in Demand planning tools and standard office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office)
  • Strong analytical and calculation skills
  • Knowledge in Clinical Trial execution
  • Business-professional English language skills
