Manager* CTSM Excellence Vendor Management 

 

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Selecting, surveillancing and performance (KPI) management of outsourced Clinical Trial Supply Management activities
  • Responsibility to identify the need, the requirements and timelines on external vendors for BNT-wide global clinical trial supply associated activities such as labelling, packaging, storage, comparator and disposable sourcing and logistics
  • Creating, reviewing and oversighting of contracts with vendors (e.g. Supply/Master Service/ Quality Assurance Agreements).
  • Acting as key-account manager for selected vendors
  • Responsiblity for the budget forecasting
  • Leading and monitoring the process of outsourced/subcontracted clinical trial supply related activities (Request for Proposal, Awarding, Purchasing, Invoices, Complaints, etc.).
  • Coordinating procurement activities
  • Monitoring the performance of commissioned vendors
  • Tracking, recording and evaluating data in respect to quality, costs, reliability and further relevant criteria
  • Setting-up and maintaining a KPI system

 

What you have to offer: 

  • Relevant professional experiences (usually +3 years) in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Background in Clinical Supply in Pharmaceutical or Biotech or other equivalent industry setting
  • Proven track record in Vendor Management 
  • Deep Knowledge about Procurement & Contracting (e.g., RfX-Process)
  • Good knowledge about the vendor landscape (e.g. pack & label CMOs, IRT) related to Clinical Trial Supply Management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Standard office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office) 
  • Business-professional English language skills

  • Able to accurately work under pressure in a versatile environment  
  • Willing and able to take over responsibility and ownership 
  • Ability to create independent analyses and develop new solutions  
  • Excellent organizational and communicative skills 
  • Openness to explore on new topics for setting up the trend
