Your main responsibilities are:

  • Liaises with Manager* CTSM Strategy to identify improvement opportunities

  • Defines continuous improvement initiatives for CTSM process and per modality

  • Drives and prioritizes continuous Improvement initiative

  • Manages performance management. (e.g., setting and tracking targets for defined KPIs)

  • Leads performance management sessions with CTSM functions and related interfaces

 

What you have to offer:

  • Relevant completed university education in Economics, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline

  • Relevant professional experience (usually +3 years) in Clinical Supply in Pharmaceutical or Biotech or any other equivalent industry setting

  • Proven track record in implementing Key Performance Indicators

  • Deep analytical skills and ability to derive correct conclusions

  • Deep Six Sigma and Lean Knowledge

  • Experience setting up Performance Dashboards

  • Ability to solve multi-layered and dynamic activities

  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and learning skills

  • Business-professional English language skills

  • Well self-organized way of working

  • Able to adapt and develop solutions

  • Openness to explore on new topics for setting up the trend

  • Enjoys working in a team
