Head of ERP Products for Finance & HR

The Head of ERP Products for Finance & HR is responsible for building up and managing the IT unit including developing and maintaining the budget and the allocation of resources. The jobholder owns the strategy of the IT unit to actively support the company goals, while ensuring compliance and scalability of all involved systems as well as process governance and cross-functional alignment of the functional teams of the unit. Your responsibilities are:
- Ownership of the strategy of the “ERP Applications – Products for Finance & HR” IT unit
- Manage the unit consisting of the teams responsible for the systems and digitalization of processes in the area of R2R, H2R, and TRM including talent development, recruiting of new team members as well as mission and vision development
- Develop and steer the budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the organization's strategic objectives
- Act as a key contact person and escalation body
- Steer the development of the roadmap in alignment with the other stakeholders from IT and business, that outlines the future direction of the ERP systems
- Ensure that the systems in responsibility are scalable and flexible to meet the changing needs of the organization
- Act as a key contact in audits related with SAP ERP. Assure the IT, SOX404 and GxP compliance of the SAP ERP systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior executives, other department heads, and business unit leaders
What you have to offer.
- Completed relevant higher education and many years of professional experience in relevant field (minimum 5+ years)
- Profound Experience in IT strategy development
- Deep understanding of integrated ERP systems especially in the area of Finance, Controlling & HR
- Experience in leading highly skilled people and/or leaders
- Experience in SOX 404 regulations, GxP is a plus
- Deep understanding of large-scale business transformations and ERP programs
- Fluency in German and English, both oral and written
