Director Internal Financial / Management Reporting

Together with your team you own the reporting process as an interface between Accounting/external Financial Reporting and Global Finance Business Partners within the corporate R2R process.
Your tasks:
- You are accountable for the fulfillment and coordination of all regular BPA management/internal Reporting tasks and ensure all relevant reports to internal and external stakeholders are available in time at the right quality
- You own th coordination of selected global month end closing processes, e.g accrual process and lead the monthly business review process to drive performance and identify risks
- You review steering information, analyze causes and effects and derive decision needs (Value drivers & KPI, Budget/FC variances, completion rate etc.)
- You support by providing in depth financial analysis on Corporate level and function as key interface to FRA and Investor relations
- You collaborate with Finance Business Partner organizations to develop ambitious yet achievable plans in line with strategy and substantiated by clear actions and assumptions
- You identify measures to improve process efficiency of Controlling related share of global business processes
- You manage our Financial Reporting team and participate in projects and initiatives
What you have to offer:
- Master’s degree in business, accounting, controlling or equivalent subject
- Track record in finance management in Pharma/Biotech sector
- Experience in financial reporting, business planning
- Strong business acumen, ability to grasp complex situations fast and synthesize into clear messages for senior leaders
- Strong presentation and communication skills, high energy level
- High learning agility and capacity to deal with multiple tasks and tight deadlines, not stressed despite pressure, commitment to quality and compliance
- Fluency in English
