Director* Global Quality Management Systems
The Director* Global Quality Management Systems is responsible to develop and maintain an efficient system global Quality System. In close collaboration with the BNT network sites, the candidate and their team prioritize, develop, implement and maintain global standards. Furthermore, the team maintains and provides a QA system that can be provided future BioNTech sites.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Structure and develop a global team for global QA systems
- Implement and maintain global standards in close collaboration with the BNT network sites
- Develop and provide GMP Quality Management Systems for the global organization
- Develop and provide GMP Quality Management Systems for future BioNTech sites and support the role out of those systems
What you have to offer.
- University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering or other technical/scientific area
- Multiple years of work experience in manufacturing, quality control or quality assurance or other relevant area, ideally in a biotech or pharmaceutical company
- Profound knowledge of EU GMP and FDA regulations
- Experience in implementation, migration and operation of electronic Quality Management Systems
- Good combination of strategic and operational skills; ability to make flexible, but thorough decisions in a highly dynamic environment
- High carefulness and accuracy in the way of working, conscientiousness and detail-orientation
- Refined colloquial and correspondence and moderator skills in both German and English
