Director * Biotech Investor Relations Germany 


As Director Biotech Investor Relations (IR) Germany you will support the IR team in German healthcare investor and analyst communications, participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, lead the German AGM efforts and perform other IR tasks.
The ability to interface with investors and analysts on a native level of German language, as well as knowledge of healthcare investor universe is a must.
Your main responsibilities are:

  • Leading the AGM process in Germany
  • Managing and leading preparations for quarterly and annual reporting
  • Leading preparations for IR events, such as R&D day
  • Developing and executing IR communications including medical and scientific messaging, creating IR communications materials including investor presentations, white papers as well as scientific, financial IR messaging and Q&A documents
  • Leading interactions with analysts and investors, virtually and in person 
  • Monitoring equity research reports and other financial communications 

What you have to offer.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, ideally in-house (biotech or pharma)
  • Knowledge of healthcare investor universe is a must; understanding of investor targeting strategies
  • Experience in organizing and executing German AGM
  • Understanding of biotechnology landscape and science
  • Basic knowledge of finance or accounting principles, ability to interpret equity research reports, understanding of public company reporting requirements
  • Extraordinary project management and organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to collect, interpret and analyze medical, scientific and financial information 
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced team environment; flexible and responsive; self-starter with the ability to act independently as well as collaboratively across the business
  • German native speaker; excellent English skills required (spoken and written)
