Position summary:
The role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year supply chain roadmap to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient market supply for BNT’s upcoming launch products. This includes building strong collaboration and governance structures with alliance partners, particularly for the commercialization of the ADC pipeline. The position involves creating launch processes and supply chain readiness plans in alignment with product lifecycle management, QA, and RA, as well as actively steering and enhancing the S&OP process. Additional responsibilities include managing TechTransfers for product implementation, standardizing global and local supply chain processes, improving drug shortage protocols, and advancing the business continuity plan. The role also entails leading and developing the SCM launch and governance team.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop a multi-year supply chain roadmap for BNT’s upcoming launch products ensuring "in-time", "in-quality" and "cost-efficient" market supply
- Build strong collaboration and governance structure with BNT’s Alliance partners especially for commercializing the ADC pipeline
- Develop launch processes and supply chain launch readiness plans in close alignment with product lifecycle management, QA and RA
- Actively steer and further develop the S&OP process
- Manage TechTransfers from Supply Chain perspective for product implementation
- Steer standardization of supply chain processes globally and locally
- Further develop BNT’s drug shortage process and business continuity plan
- Manage and develop the SCM launch and Governance team
Requirements:
- Proven track record in supporting and launching products in Supply Chain
- Multiple years of experience (10 years) in commercial supply chain management for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) or mRNA vaccines
- Excellent project management skills to effectively plan, lead, and complete complex projects in a volatile working environment
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in leading and developing teams
- Fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage
Expected Pay Range: $168,100/year to $268,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). *Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
