Culture Campus internship (min 4 months)

The Culture Campus Unit is a dedicated functional team focused on fostering cultural development and supporting the organization in upholding its values of unity, passion, and innovation. This unit collaborates with internal and external Subject Matter Experts, as well as a company-wide network of Culture Ambassadors and a newly established community of Culture Facilitators. As an intern within our Culture Campus Unit, you will gain valuable first insights into organizational culture work, team development, and dialogue-based communication.

 

Your main responsibilities are: 

 

  • Active support for a wide range of organisational culture initiatives
  • Supporting our community work, in organizing meetings and events for and with our networks
  • Research tasks to support our projects
  • Support to create  material for our teams & leaders 

 

What you have to offer:

 

  • You are a people person & like to support the BioNTech pioneers and our team 
  • Very good communication and writing skills in German and English
  • A degree in social or communication sciences, psychology or a comparable subject area in at least the third semester
  • You like to support hands-on in event preparation and management and culture working groups 
  • You can demonstrate first working experiences in internships or working students in a company, preferably in HR or Communications
  • You have an independent and organised way of working and a high affinity for teamwork
  • Good handling of Microsoft 365 (especially TEAMS, Sharepoint, PowerPoint). You will support the team creating Intranet pages, supporting creation of content with text & powerpoint skills
