In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee programs that ensure we attract, retain, and optimize top talent while aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Collaborating with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders, you will drive initiatives that enhance our talent pipeline, career development, and organizational success.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and design frameworks for assessing and developing high-potential employees, ensuring readiness for critical roles and conducting regular talent reviews.
- Create and implement engaging development opportunities for key talents and high performers, including mentoring programs, job rotations, and self-reflection formats.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to assess individual needs and develop actionable plans for talent growth.
- Design and execute career development frameworks that empower employees to take ownership of their career paths.
- Support performance management strategies by implementing assessment systems, goal-setting processes, and feedback mechanisms aligned with business objectives.
- Enable leaders and employees to effectively apply performance, career, and high-potential frameworks through training and workshops.
- Analyze data and trends to identify gaps and opportunities for improving talent and performance programs.
- Build strong partnerships with HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure program success and alignment with organizational goals.
What you have to offer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in talent, career, and performance management, with a proven track record in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of career development frameworks, high-potential methodologies, and performance management strategies.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conceptual thinking paired with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and workshop moderation skills; business fluency in English and German.
- Experience leveraging HR technology and analytics to drive decision-making and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with working alongside co-determination bodies is a plus.
